1. Service Agreement

A Virtual Advantage LLC ("AVA," "we," "us," or "our") provides virtual assistant services to businesses and individuals ("Client," "you," or "your") subject to the following terms and conditions.

2. Service Terms

2.1 Service Delivery Services are provided remotely through secure digital platforms. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Response times may vary based on service level agreement. After-hours support availability varies by service package.

2.2 Payment Terms Services are billed based on actual time used. Payment is required according to agreed payment schedule. Rates are subject to change with 30 days notice. Late payments may result in service suspension.

3. Confidentiality

3.1 Information Security AVA maintains strict confidentiality of all client information. Staff members sign comprehensive non-disclosure agreements. Secure platforms and protocols are used for all communications. Client data is protected according to industry standards.

3.2 Data Protection Client information is stored securely. Access to information is limited to authorized personnel. Data handling complies with applicable privacy laws. Regular security audits are conducted.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Communication Provide clear instructions and necessary information. Respond to requests for clarification in a timely manner. Maintain open communication channels. Provide feedback on service delivery.

4.2 Access and Materials Provide necessary access to required platforms and tools. Ensure all provided materials are legally compliant. Maintain current contact information. Submit requests within reasonable timeframes.

5. Service Limitations

5.1 Scope of Service Services are limited to agreed-upon tasks. Additional services require separate agreement. Some tasks may require additional fees. Certain services may be subject to availability.

5.2 Legal Compliance Clients must ensure all requested tasks comply with applicable laws. AVA reserves the right to refuse services that violate laws or regulations. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits/licenses. AVA is not responsible for client's legal compliance.

6. Termination

6.1 Termination Rights Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur for material breach. All outstanding payments must be settled upon termination. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

7. Liability

7.1 Limitation of Liability AVA's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. Not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Force majeure applies to service interruptions. Client indemnifies AVA against third-party claims.

8. Changes to Terms

AVA reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated with 30 days notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance. Current terms are always available on our website.
